I think considering everything that has recently happened with BOSCO homes, it would be interesting to speak to someone from YESS perhaps?

Replace Huntley with Northlands President Ken Knowles, add city transportation GM Bob Boutilier, whoever is managing WEM, and you have my list.

More "culture" people. Perhaps local celebrity chefs such as David Cruz at the River Cree, restaurateur Chris LaChance of the Century Hospitality group, or local artists/musicians.

In addition to Adam's already-awesome list:
    Al Maurer - City Manager
    Daryl Katz - Katz Group
"Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction" - Blaise Pascal

We have a commitment from the Chief to do one. The main issue is timing.

"Ask The Mayor" should be done at least once or twice a year.

FYI - Colonel Bradley and his team would like to do this yearly.

I will fire off a note to the Mayor's office with your post Sonic Death Monkey.

what about asking some "typical" questions with the answers to be posted at the beginning of each forum?

i.e. how long have you lived in edmonton?/where did you "move from" and why?/what do you like most about edmonton?/what do you like least about edmonton?/if you could change only one thing about edmonton, what would it be?

Good suggestion. We tried this with the Bio section in Ask Tom, and we will aim to do this in the future for all other fourms...
