    A lot of sales in retail is purely impulse based--someone going by and thinking, yeah sure I'll stop there!--rather than leaving your house with the goal of going directly to that specific retail location. That location does not promote that activity. Especially for hot dogs ( I mean, does anyone leave the house all because your hot dog craving got so severe that you needed to go to a downtown high-end hot dog joint?).

    Honest question - Mayfair on Jasper has seemingly managed to easily fill most of its retail bays in no time with unique little shops. It really helps Jasper Ave feel vibrant.

    ...the Fox Towers, however, are glaringly empty and it really hurts 104st. Why? Raymond block on Whyte also had no trouble filling its spaces.

    Man if you are going to make blatant statements like this, then back it up....you have NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT...there are several groups looking at this space (small spaces like 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft.)

    Yes he WILL divide it, there are no interior walls currently, so it is showing as is (one large space) but is demisable....but don't tell people that the Landlord doesn't want to divide it or is holding out for one tenant (you don't know this yet you claim to know!!!)

    Filled by stores that likely got good lease rates. The Owner has now put the building up for sale.

    A bit compatct, but definitely one of the nicest 7-11s I've seen. Hopefully its far enough from Jasper Ave that it will have less troublesome people hanging out then 104st and 101st. The second level eating loft is a nice touch, and should be popular after later night concerts and games, when other restaurants are closed. They have the full deep fried chicken setup, along with the other kebobs, pizza, etc, and they even now have some vegetarian spring rolls and samsosa (though not for the purists, as I'm sure they use the same deep fryer as the chicken).

    Plus one in the "Horizon" building north of MacEwan. (I'm assuming that's still open?) But, certainly, the Jasper/103 and RHW Freshiis were way too close to each other.
