I actually just started making Lasagna a few months ago and it's gotta be my favorite dish. I used the recipe from allrecipes "Worlds Best Lasagna" and now that I look at both recipe's I see they're pretty much exactly the same. But yeah, it's awesome. I even made a spinach lasagna with the same ingredients and it was even better

To me, if you're using dry lasagna noodles, you're not actually making lasagna. In my kitchen, lasagna is made with fresh pasta dough and layers of both beschamel and bolognese sauce.

    Here's a recipe I could approve: http://www.foodnetwork.ca/recipes/Ch...ml?dishid=3562

I don't think you need a food processor to make dough either, but this recipe comes close to what I would make.

Dark, that wasn't a hijack, just a little humour regarding the subject at hand.

    Your recipe sounds very good
Sorry for the terrorist act but maybe the "flame" needs to go back into the oven where the Lasagna is baking

Agreed this is very good. It's now my go to for spaghetti and meatsauce. my GF always asks me to make it. And it's pretty forgiving on what you put in it...
