    To summarize:
    - Ivy supports the footbridge unconditionally.
    - Leibo supports the footbridge but took project managers to task re: construction and user access
    - Diotte voted against footbridge due to cost but is apparently an epic failure at math

    Definitely leaning towards Don or Karen
