Default What are your favourite iphone apps?

There are hundreds of apps available, and some are incredibly useful, but it's difficult to find all of the good ones. Share your favourites here.

I'll start. I just downloaded a couple that I really like:

Car Care. When you gas up your vehicle, you enter odometer reading, price per liter and quanitity.
The app gives you your gas mileage and other stats.

BPMonitor. Enter data whenever you take your bolod pressure, and the app will make graphs showing trends.

What are these apps you speak of?

I have a Z10 blackberry and dont really need apps other than a few mostly games, you know the angry birds franchise, plant vs. Zombies etc. (can even send those to my TV via wireless or through my HDMI port )

I'v got great email integration I have 4 accounts in the phone super fast browser, bigger screen than the iphone 5S, top shelf 8MP rear and 2MP front camera with included editing software, timeshift photgraphy built in and HD video, music, cloud services fully integrated(DropBox and Box), maps that doesnt direct me to the middle of an airport, an awesome smart keyboard, Word, Excel, powerpoint, Accuweather, youtube, Evernote, foursquare and adobe all included, all those crazy social apps, facebook, twitter, linkedin, and of course the best messenger made BBM with voice and video chat. oh and for third party I got

    netflix
    kobo
    songza
    soundhound
    Cineplex scene
    Open Table
    HNIC
    Sportsnet

and since my phone runs an Android VM as well (Jellybean 4.2.2) I can literally run 95% of the good android apps too.

Heard about this on CBC radio this morning. Might be useful

Here's an article ("sponsored post"), then the app's web site with links to google and Apple App stores:

Android app here. ( but I believe there’s already a number of video apps to reprurpose old smart phones.)

Edward Snowden just launched an app that turns any Android device into a remote security camera – BGR
    Excerpt:

“The app, called Haven, turns any Android smartphone into a high-powered security device that uses all of the device’s capabilities to protect against attacks big and small. It records video, sound, vibration, and detects motion and changes in light, and effectively turns a spare Android smartphone into a watchdog device that can be placed just about anywhere.
    ...”
