Default Another walk around the Legislature

Love having this as my backyard, such a gorgeous place to walk, sit, enjoy.

The single best lawn in the city to chill on.

    Where do these go?

    Oh, right.

    The CBD in the distance.

Mr. Chow, Monster, Monster, Mr. Chow

    Absolutely love these doors. Deco!

The old Fed, what a beauty.

    My neighbour.

    My street.

    Home sweet home.

    Great pics.
Next time you are around the Ledge nip in to see if they have hung Redford's portrait yet. If they have appreciate a pic of it.

I think you need to spend more time outside of the downtown and explore what other neighborhoods have to offer. Viewing these pictures one could be left with the impression that Edmonton has nothing to offer beyond your backyard. /<end sarcasm>

A nice list but the tougher challenge is always an area one is not familiar with, say Boyle Street...

Be a tourist of one's own city...

To me that was more the Quarters, I was thinking a little further east and perhaps north where people live and play. Take some of the side streets off the beaten path. Boyle street is more than just 96th street next to the new hotel.

Now that I no longer work downtown I don't get there as often. I sure appreciate the pictures and the different seasons they are taken in. When I do go downtown usually I'm stuck in one spot. Sometimes pictures capture things you don't see as you are whizzing by in a vehicle or concentrating on the road.
