Default Asking for higher standards - surface parking

Not acceptable. Landscaped, lit, hard-surfaced and drained.

Especially when Impark and other chains will charge for this parking.

These things need better regulation. So many have potholes the size of craters for literally years on end. Yet the city does nothing. No, it's only private home owners the city loves to pick on. Complete double standard.

My 1st pet peeve would be start ticketing people who double park, I understand if you're in a semi or Hummer, but there is no reason in the summer for the average car or truck to park on or across a line.
As for landscaping, drainage is great, landscaping, I'm sort of meh.

No excuses for the Hummer or Dually Ram, that's a personal choice that's no more a valid pre-existing condition than the mustang driver's choice to park diagonally across the line.

Semis gotta do what they gotta do, although sometimes using the 53' trailer to deliver a few boxes isn't the wise choice.
    There can only be one.
